Buonasera pizza lovers! Another wintry week in Castlemaine calls on hearty comfort food to help get us through. This week’s special is on a napoli base with baby spinach, roasted capsicum, grilled eggplant, feta and salami which you can have hot or mild! Vegetarians can swap out the salami for olives or just leave it off altogether!

We’ve got a selection of desserts for the sweeties in our midst – homemade tiramisu, gelato, baci, tartufo and our dessert pizzas, any of which are the perfect finish to dinner at Bella.

Buonasera pizza lovers and welcome to another wintry week! This week’s special is hearty to help you stay warm and toasty…on a napoli base with provolone, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, Danish feta and salami – a flourish of chilli will make this the perfect dinner in front of the fire!

On the dessert front, we’ve got homemade tiramisu, baci, tartufo, gelato and of course our range of decadent dessert pizzas…delish!

Special 15-18 May

Buonasera pizza lovers and welcome to another week of deliciousness! This week’s special is one for the vegetarians…the potato pizza! On a napoli base with provolone, red onion, wood-roasted potatoes and rosemary! Seriously delicious! This is a hearty pizza on its own but if you are after some meat we reckon a ribbon or two of prosciutto might work pretty well. ☺️
There’s also a fresh batch of tiramisu on standby and a freshly poached batch of quinces (we sold out last week!) for our autumnal dessert pizza special which is on a sweet ricotta base with poached quinces, white chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Delish, delish, delish!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is on a garlic base with provolone, marinated zucchini, fresh ricotta and salami – it’s great with a dash of chilli!

Vegetarians can swap out the salami for mushrooms and this is still a delicious pizza!
A fresh batch of homemade tiramisu has been made and is the perfect way to finish dinner at Bella.

Special 24-27 October

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special has been requested over and over and over again so we’ve relented (never mind that it’s one of our faves too 😉).

So vegetarians come forth, because it’s baby beets, walnuts, feta and fresh rocket on an olio base! Delish!

If you’re after something sweet, we’ve got all the usual offerings…homemade tiramisu, gelato, baci, tartufo and there’s always our decadent dessert pizzas and calzone!

Special 26-27 Sept!

Buonasera pizza lovers and welcome to Grand Final Week! Due to this week’s public holiday we will have ALTERED TRADING HOURS…we’ll only be open Wednesday and Thursday and will be closed Grand Final Public Holiday (Friday) and Grand Final Day (Saturday)… so if you’re in the mood for pizza make sure you drop by when we’re there!

Our special this week is for the vegetarian folk. On a garlic base, with provolone, mushrooms, French brie and fresh parsley/basil to finish! It’sdelicious! The fresh herbs are just heavenly! If you do need a protein fix then we suggest a ribbon or two of prosciutto!

Even though it’s a short week, we’ll have our delicious homemade tiramisu made with espresso and amore! Otherwise there’s always our gelato, baci, tartufo and decadent dessert pizzas.

Special 12-15 Sept

Dear Pizza Lovers, this week’s pizza special is one for the vegetarian folk; it’s simple but packed full of punch!

On a napoli base with provolone, feta, mozzarella, gorgonzola and fresh basil, the quattro formaggi is one of those pizzas that is superb on its own BUT if you feel the need to add something it goes with just about anything. Prosciutto is an obvious choice for us, but if you want salami that will also work. Or perhaps mushrooms? Your pizza, your choice! 😊

Dessert lovers will be able to choose from a veritable selection of items that are bound to impress…homemade tiramisu, baci, tartufo, nutella dessert pizzas, calzone, gelato…it’s all there and all delicious!
