Special 10-13 July

Buonasera pizza lovers! It’s another cold week in tropical Castlemaine that calls for comfort food, and so this week’s special is the indulgent quattro formaggio or four cheeses pizza! On a napoli base with provolone, mozzarella, feta, gorgonzola and basil! Whilst it’s technically vegetarian, it’s one of those pizzas that most additions work with – salami, prosciutto, olives – whatever you select it’s bound to be delicious!
 
The sweeties can look forward to a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu, baci, tartufo, gelato, decadent dessert pizzas or with such a delicious cheesy pizza perhaps another glass of vino rosso.

Special 19-22 June

Buonasera pizza lovers and welcome to another chilly week! Brr! To keep you warm and toasty our special this week will be on pesto with provolone, free range chicken, pine nuts, danish feta and fresh tomato. Vegetarians can swap out the chicken for olives or mushrooms or capsicum or rocket…the choices are almost endless!

For those seeking something sweet we’ve got our homemade tiramisu, decadent dessert pizzas, baci, tartufo or gelato…which is terrific in front of the roaring woodfire! Follow it with an espresso or amaretto and life doesn’t get much better.

Special 12-15 June

Buonasera pizza lovers and welcome to another chilly week! This week’s special is on a garlic base with provolone, marinated zucchini, salami and fresh ricotta! If you can handle a flourish of chilli, it’s ideal with these flavours! Vegetarians can swap the salami out for mushrooms and this is still a super delicious pizza!

Those with a sweet tooth have a number of choices – homemade tiramisu, baci, tartufo, decadent dessert pizzas and gelato in chocolate, lemon or pistacchio!

Special 29 May- 1 June

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is one for the vegetarian folk but easily modified for our carnivore friends too! On an extra virgin olive oil base with provolone, moscato soaked figs, walnuts, feta and fresh rocket. Those hankering for a dose of protein can add a ribbon or two of prosciutto. Delish!

There’s a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu, plenty of poached quinces, baci, tartufo and gelato in chocolate, lemon and pistachio flavours! All scrumptious in front of the blazing wood fire!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is one for those love a good dose of salt and spice…napoli base with provolone, white anchovies, capers, basil, fresh tomato and kaamata olives. Add chilli and/or hot salami for real depth of flavour! Delish! Vegetarians can swap the anchovies out for mushrooms… 😋
 
There’s a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu waiting in the fridge and along with our autumnal quince dessert pizza special it’s an embarrassment of riches!

Special 8-11 May

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is the meatball pizza…on a napoli base with provolone, red onion, homemade meatballs (secret recipe😜) and green peas. It’s delish!

As autumn is well and truly with us, our lovely friend Robyn has dropped off a batch of her homegrown quinces which we’ve poached and will be putting on a dessert pizza with sweet ricotta, white chocolate and mascarpone! The tartness of the quinces with the sweetness of the chocolate and ricotta is truly heavenly!

There’s also a fresh batch of homemade tiramisu and all our other usual desserts – baci, tartufo, calzone, dessert pizzas etc. All scrumptious!

Special 24-27 April; Closed Anzac Day!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is one of our faves (yours too apparently!) that’s getting its second run this season already! Wood-roasted pumpkin, pine nuts, feta and fresh rocket on an extra virgin olive oil base. Carnivores can add prosciutto or chicken for a bit of salt to balance the sweetness.
 
We’ll have all our usual desserts on offer including homemade tiramisu, gelato, dessert pizzas, tartufo etc!
Due to the Anzac Day public holiday we’ll only be open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday this week and we hope that we’ll see you!
