Easter Week Special: Wednesday and Thursday only!

Ciao pizza lovers! This week’s special is often requested as we don’t tend to feature it all that often. On a garlic base with provolone, mushrooms, gorgonzola and fresh herbs it’s super simple but super delicious! Those seeking additional protein can add pretty much any of them – salami, prosciutto, chicken – they all work!

We’re also mixing it up a bit on the dessert front – the homemade tiramisu will be the choc-mint variety made with hot chocolate (instead of espresso) and no amaretto. It’s a really yummy alternative!

We’ll have altered trading hours this week due to Easter and will only be open Wednesday and Thursday (as we do every year) so if you’re planning on a pizza dinner make sure you get in nice and early!

Special 10-13 April

Buonasera pizza lovers! To herald the end of daylight savings and welcome the cooler weather we’ve got a hearty special for you this week…homemade pork and fennel salsicce (sausage) with provolone, fresh apple and rocket on an olive oil base. Our salsicce has a hit of chilli just to spice things up but you can always request a little more!

On the dessert front we’ve got homemade tiramisu, gelato, baci and tartufo as well as our decadent dessert pizzas with nutella and fresh strawberries and banana.

Special 3-6 April

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is for the vegetarian folk in our midst…provolone, baby beets, walnuts, feta and rocket on an extra virgin olive oil base! Carnivores can add chicken or prosciutto which being salty work well with the sweetness of the beets.
Homemade tiramisu continues to fly out the door and so we’ve got another batch settling in the fridge. It’s just perfect with a coffee or shot of amaretto after a pizza!

Special 20-23 March!

Buonasera pizza lovers! To celebrate this gorgeous autumn weather we’re featuring one of our fave specials this week. Caramelised onion, provolone, fresh pear, feta and rocket! Seriously delicious! Those who need meat should add a ribbon or two of prosciutto, otherwise it’s also terrific as a vegetarian pizza!

On the dessert front we’ve got homemade tiramisu, dessert pizzas, baci, tartufo, gelato all of which go down perfectly with an espresso or hot chocolate!

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is for our spicy friends…napoli, provolone, salami, japalenos, roasted capsicum and feta! Vegetarians can swap the salami out for mushrooms and this is still a deliciously spicy pizza. πŸ”₯πŸ•The really brave can add chilli on request!🌢️🌢️

For those seeking something sweet we’ve got our homemade tiramisu, dessert pizzas, tartufo, baci, and gelato. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Special 27 February – 2 March!

Ciao pizza lovers!
After a few weeks of r&r we’re back on deck, ready to once again get back to making Castlemaine’s most delicious woodfired pizza!

And to kick things off, our special this week will be napoli, provolone, baby spinach, roasted capsicum, feta and salami – chilli optional 🌢. Vegetarians can swap the salami out for kalamata olives and this is still a delicious pizza!

On the dessert front we have our gelato (chocolate, lemon and pistachio), baci, tartufi, homemade tiramisu and decadent dessert pizzas.

Buonasera pizza lovers! This week’s special is on a napoli base with provolone, roasted capsicum, jalapeΓ±os, feta and salami – if you really do like a spicy pizza we can always add some extra chilli!

With the warmer weather having well and truly arrived we’ve got our delicious gelato in pistachio, chocolate and lemon flavours or perhaps a baci or tartufo is more your thing? As always there’s our delicious homemade tiramisu!
