This week’s special is one to keep you warm in this chilly chilly winter weather – extra virgin olive oil, provolone, homemade pork salsicce (not gluten free), fennel, sweet juicy apple and fresh rocket.
Homemade tiramisu is on the menu this week, lovingly made with espresso, amore…etc etc.
We’ve had a couple of people enquire as to where our olive oil comes from – we use Red Island Australian Cold Pressed Olive Oil that is produced in Boort. We think it tastes great and suits our pizzas perfectly.
Also due to the cold weather and flooding in Gippsland, rocket is in short supply at the moment so we’re using what we have on pizzas and not making our rucola salad. As soon as we’re back to normal it’ll return to the menu! In the meantime the mists salad is a great alternative.
