Prosciutto, walnuts, marinated figs and fresh rocket! Yep, that’s right folks – that’s this week’s yummy yummy pizza special!
We get a pizza dough ball that’s been proving for an extended time, hand-stretch it so that it retains air and lightness, then spread some extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle provolone, walnuts and figs bathed in sweet alcohol before cooking in the oven and then finishing with delicious ribbons of prosciutto and fresh rocket.
Tiramisu returns this week deliciously made with amaretto, espresso and just a dash of amore!
