This week’s special is yum yum yum! We brush the base with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle provolone, marinated figs and walnuts, pop it in the oven and then layer ribbons of prosciutto and finish with fresh rocket…it’s seriously delicious!
On the dessert front we have our homemade tiramisu – made with espresso and amaretto and the perfect way to finish dinner.
